I never dreamed I’d be able to help clients achieve their goals and do something that I love! Being a Director of Operations (DOO) and Online Business Manager (OBM) means my success is intricately tied into my client’s success. It’s important to me to form genuine relationships with each client so that we can accomplish a lot plus have fun along the way!

Before I became a DOO and OBM, I was a web designer for 14 years and ran a successful design and development studio for 8 years. I remember clients sharing different stories where projects would go haywire because of lack of organization. I knew I had a gift that could help them so the decision to begin this new chapter of my professional career came easily. I decided in the very beginning that I would make sure that things DO get done!

You’ll find I’m very loyal and reliable so it’s no surprise that I took training for this position very seriously. I invested my heart and my mind into learning from the very best in the industry. I surrounded myself with highly regarded DOO’s and OBM’s and marketing mentors who I continue to stay heavily involved with to this day. I’m very connected in the operations community, which allows me access to every resource my clients might need. I also offer a unique aspect with my strong background in web design and development.
